About This Opportunity

The Alliance for Cardiometabolic Health and Research Kenya (ACMHR-K) is seeking a Volunteer IT Officer to support the organisation's website and digital activities.

Location: Remote (Online)

Time Commitment: Approximately 3–4 days per month

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and update the ACMHR-K website.
  2. Ensure website functionality and security.
  3. Support online events and other IT-related activities.
  4. Provide technical assistance for ACMHR-K digital initiatives.

Requirements

  1. Must be a current university student in the 2nd or 3rd year of study.
  2. Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  3. Experience in website development and maintenance (WordPress or similar platforms). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management.
  4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
